A bawdy, satirical, one-act opera; Pyramus and Thisbe tells the story of two love-stricken teenagers and their plot to outwit the lonely Wall that separates them and rendezvous at Ninny’s tomb for a frisky tête-a-tête. Enroute, however, a hungry Lion derails their plans, leaving all three of them dead in the end, and only tipsy Moonshine to lament the tragedy. But don’t worry – it still has a happy ending
